Calendars and other tools
Swalfy can put your bookings where you already look. Pick whichever fits how you work.
Calendar feed
From Settings, turn on the calendar feed and copy the link. Add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook as a subscribed calendar, and bookings appear on their own.
The calendar only ever shows the service and the time. It never shows customer names or numbers.
New bookings can take a few hours to show up, since calendars refresh on their own schedule.
Google Calendar sync
From Settings, select Connect Google Calendar. Every booking is written into your calendar within seconds, and removed again if it is cancelled.
Webhooks for your other tools
From Settings, then Integrations, paste a webhook URL. Swalfy sends every new booking, cancellation, new lead, and needs-you chat to it the moment it happens.
This works with Zapier (use the "Webhooks by Zapier - Catch Hook" trigger) and Make.
Each delivery is signed, so your tool can verify it really came from Swalfy.
